Service Description
The Five Wishes is a comprehensive, easy-to-use legal advance directive (living will) for adults 18+ that covers personal, emotional, and spiritual needs in addition to medical wishes. Valid in most U.S. states, it allows individuals to document their care preferences for end-of-life scenarios. In this one-hour session, we'll learn what Five Wishes and living wills are. We'll also walk through a Five Wishes document together. Toward the end of the session, you'll receive helpful information on how to start your Five Wishes. If there is time, we will have a question and answer portion.
Cancellation Policy
